As a Staff Specialist Financial Controller, you will be a key partner for the business by facilitating effective decision-making through accurate financial information and reports.
In your new role you will:
- **Support Business **in the delivery of **day-to-day finance activities **(Investment handling - maintenance, budgeting and planning), with high focus on global finance processes;
- Support **reporting activities **to relevant counterparts about Investment and Project Processes;
- Understand **other financial areas **to support **decision-making and problem-solving **;
- Input and maintain data in **SAP and other reporting tools **;
- Support **handover of new activities**: take-over phase and documentation.
In addition to your strong technical knowledge, you are a fast learner, result-oriented and demonstrate high quality standards. With your hands-on attitude, creativity and excellent communication skills, you are able to quickly become acquainted with new topics and build lasting relationships with your counterparts. Your strong problem-solving skills and flexibility enable you to remain focused on solutions and to act cooperatively. Furthermore, your great analytical skills allow you to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in **Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, **Finance **or equivalent fields;
- **3 to 5 years of experience **in **Controlling and/or Accounting **, preferably in an international and multi-cultural environment;
- Strong **MS Excel **and analytical skills **- experience with **SAP FI/CO **would be a plus;
- Good **knowledge and understanding of IT tools **;
- **Fluency in English **.
