Barista Roaster

We are recruiting for a barista/torra position. We aim to create and guarantee unique experiences for our customers, and lead them to the best choice when it's time for their coffee.

The contractor will work on the demands of the bar and preparation of drinks according to the standards of the house, customer service, inspiration about our coffees and guiding the customer to the best choice in the search for coffees and utensils.

Our concept is focused on coffee, so we provide sporadic training.

**Difficult Skills**:

- English (mandatory)
- Portuguese (desirable)
- Preferably a work history in the Specialty Coffee Industry (Roasting or Barista).
- Work experience (minimum 6 months)
- Higher education (desirable)
- Operate roasting machine
