Influencer Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with a passion for and experience in Influencer Marketing. This position will contribute to the growth of Zumub's global affiliate program through the development, implementation, and monitoring of campaigns with our national and international affiliates. This role requires full engagement with the affiliate program, including the creation of strategic campaigns, design and distribution of newsletters, personal communication, and management of an affiliate portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Development of affiliate program newsletters (Full Creation and Implementation, Analysis, and improvement of Open Rate and Click Rate).
- Development of affiliate campaigns with the goal of sustainable program growth.
- Creation and analysis of A/B tests with criteria and a proactive spirit.
- Collaboration with content and design teams for creative asset development.
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement and scalability.
- Detection and development of best practices in Influencer Marketing, based on market trend monitoring.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Practical experience of at least 1 year in marketing management.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking, is essential.
- Advanced knowledge and practice of Excel (PowerBI and other tools are a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic and high-activity environments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
