**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestão e manutenção de plataformas Microsoft e VMware, garantindo a sua eficiência e disponibilidade.
- Configuração, instalação e manutenção de servidores e outros dispositivos de rede.
- Gestão de patches e actualizações de aplicações, sistemas e firmware.
- Monitorização e resolução de problemas com plataformas de backup, garantindo a integridade dos dados e a eficácia dos processos de backup e recuperação.
- Analisar, reparar e manter a infraestrutura do datacenter.
- Prestar apoio técnico de nível 2 e 3 para resolver problemas complexos de TI.
- Colaborar com equipas internas para implementar soluções informáticas eficazes.
- Documentar procedimentos e políticas relacionados com a infraestrutura de TI.

**Requirements**:

- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência profissional como Administrador de Sistemas.
- Conhecimentos de sistemas de virtualização como VMware, MS Hyper-V e Azure.
- Conhecimentos de Active Directory, Entra ID, Enterprise Applications, DFS, Exchange, SCCM, Windows Server e Powershell.
- Conhecimentos de Redes IP (instalação e configuração).
- Capacidade de análise, resolução de problemas e aprendizagem contínua.
- Fluência em Inglês oral e escrito.
- Formação Técnica ou Superior em Informática ou Gestão de Redes.

- Forte capacidade de aprendizagem.
- Licenciatura (Engenharia Informática ou equivalente).
