TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality recruitment services. With your outstanding sourcing & selecting techniques and ability to partner with line management and HR, you will help the organization to attract the best talent. This is an exciting opportunity to gain international recruitment experience with one of the biggest biotech companies in the world

What you will do

As part of the regional recruitment team (10 colleagues and growing) based in Lisbon, you will support the United Kingdom and partially Ireland with all recruitment activities. With many different departments (such as commercial, marketing, clinical studies and corporate functions), you will engage with a wide variety of professionals to help us grow the business.

In this vital role you will:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be involved in interviews and act as a true business partner for the hiring manager.
- Develop unique, creative and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve the Amgen employer brand.
- Focus on proactive networking for key-roles across the business to drive our talent strategies.
- Collaborate with the international team to improve processes, contribute to global projects and share experiences.
- Act as mobility lead for the UK and collaborate closely with our global mobility team and external service provider.

- Bachelor’s degree or similar.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment activities including competency-based techniques with a recruitment agency, RPO or inhouse as Corporate Recruiter.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, communication skills with ability to influence.
- Pro-active, innovative and a true recruitment partner for hiring managers.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Curiosity to understand the business needs and market trends.
- Proficiency in English.
