As a **Coordinator Custom Administration - Import **, you'll wield your expertise to meticulously manage our paramount client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and steering our digital transformation initiatives towards success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate processing and coordination of customer requests to ensure that all documentation and instructions are processed effectively.
- Timely identify and escalate gaps in SOP’s and off
- shore performance.
- Ensure that cargo is released against presentation of the original B/L and that freight and
charges are collected.
- Developing on the Customs Clearance tasks for additional services.
- Work on self-performance and identity improvements
- Actively keep abreast on sector and internal knowledge development

**Required Qualifications**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in customs administration, import coordination, or a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry (Preferential but not an exclusive factor)
- Understanding of import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer requests and coordinating documentation.
- Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and systems for customs clearance and import coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify gaps in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and offshore performance, with a proactive approach to escalating and resolving issues.
- Capacity for self-improvement and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated on sector knowledge and internal processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolve with the company's digital transformation initiatives and embrace new technologies and processes in customs administration and import coordination.
