**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:
- Help shape the future: utilize your knowledge in analytical, statistical, and programming skills, for load profiles derivation for heat pumps;
- Conduct in-depth EDA's together with domain experts in order to enhance internal product development, product optimization, among other objectives;
- Conscientious coordination: Translate business questions and use cases into concrete DS/ML problems and propose appropriate metrics/KPIs;
- Take responsibility: take responsibility in the design, development and execution of complex analytics solutions like load profiles derivation;
- Analyze collected data, mostly time series related. Propose new or enhance current data-driven services for B2B and B2C in the area of HVAC appliances reliability;
- Reliable implementation: Collaborate with different teams and areas in order to identify opportunities and improve the current data strategy and infrastructure;
- Communication of results in a concise, clear and assertive manner, through multiple media (e.g. presentation, reports, dashboards and visualizations);
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- Degree in a science-related field (Engineering, Data-Science, Physics, Statistics or similar);
- Experience handling and working with data analytics and data modelling (experience with time series analysis is a plus);
- Knowledge in classical machine-learning methods and algorithms like regression, clustering or classification;
- Experience in programming python projects and in common data-related frameworks (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, among others);
- Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus: SQL and non-SQL databases concepts, cloud tools and environments (preferably Azure), microservices concepts like Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD environments and tools (e.g. Jenkins), software quality tools (e.g. Sonarqube) and SWE best practices (Version Control, Code Reviews, Pull Request);
- Project experience in product technical development is valued;
- Heat pumps and/or refrigeration knowledge is a benefit;
- Good communications skills and fluency in English;
- Ability to work in an international team environment and willingness to travel;
- Pro-active, dynamic and responsible attitude.
