- ** Your Role **:You will drive and nurture the agile development methodology in a Platform team within the Kuehne+Nagel New IT Ecosystem program - you are joining us in the phase of establishing a product organization and therefore have a lot of space to influence, shape, and design and make our API Management Platform a product by shaping the vision, objectives and core features. You also will be able to create a secure and agile work environment focusing on value for KN and ensure efficient development processes while fostering innovation and flexibility.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Define and implement an efficient development process focusing on the most value for KN for one of the KNITE projects
- Moderation of our agile ceremonies and customer meetings
- Ensure psychological safety within the KNITE project
- Reinforce the Community of Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches in KNITE and implement the best practices
- Collaborative work in international teams inspires you
- You enjoy working as part of an engineering team and by that create value for Kuehne + Nagel
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Experience in agile development methodologies (Scrum welcome)
- Follow and understand technical discussions to provide structure and focus during moderation
- Familiar with team dynamics and psychological safety
- Have first hands-on experience with Objective Key Results (or similar methods)
- Contribute expertise in visualizing technical artifacts and/or requirements using diagrams or similar to align the team on a common understanding
