**Your profile**
- At least 4 years of experience as an IT or ERP consultant
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in an eCommerce context
- Deep understanding of eCommerce processes, technologies, and best practices
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Convincing personality and great interpersonal skills
- Very sharp comprehension skills, analytical way of working & high commitment
- Passion for challenging tasks and joint progression
- German & English speaking team player

**Your tasks**
- Lead your team through ERP projects in the eCommerce industry
- Build innovative IT architectures and drive state-of-the-art business strategies
- Evolve our consulting practices
- Guide your team through challenges and enable them to thrive
- Nurture our client relationships
- Ensure that we deliver our services to the highest standards
- Take on the leading expert role for eCommerce environments in our company
