Tasks
- Create and manage end to end project management plan across for the Cyber Programme
- Set up and run Steerco meetings and governance forums on for the programme
- Run programme progress meetings, ensuring all actions and deliverables are on track, escalating when required
- Knowledge of the total project life cycle, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review
- Tracking record of managing multiple, simultaneous and complex, projects across a large global organization
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and wider stakeholder community, through regular meetings and written communications
- Assisting the GRC team to manage the effective remediation and closure of open risks, dispensations, waiver and breaches that present a risk to the bank

**Requirements**:

- Excellent track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex cyber programmes, superb prioritisation skills teamed with the ability to manage actions and quality control
- Excellent business engagement skills and a track record of productive relationships at all levels, including senior leadership level
- Astute attention to detail, program risk management, and ability to drive the program deliverables into BAU
- Desirable: Project Management Qualifications. E.g. MSP, Prince 2, Agile
