Desenvolver actividades no âmbito da manutenção geral de edifícios, nomeadamente:
- Efectuar manutenções preventivas e correctivas nas seguintes especialidades: Electricidade de baixa tensão + Aquecimento, Ventilação e Ar Condicionado
- Se tiver credenciação no âmbito do manuseamento de gases fluorados será considerado um factor adicional a ser valorizado.
- Efectuar trabalhos no âmbito da polivalência (canalização, pintura, serralharia, etc)
- Realizar verificações visuais e rondas diárias a vários sistemas existentes em edifícios (quadros eléctricos, CDI, CBI, extintores, extracção de CO, UPS, geradores, sistemas de AVAC, etc).

Requisitos essenciais:
- Formação secundária 12º ano (nível III ou nível IV), vertente mecânica, electricidade, mecatrónica ou equivalente
- Experiência em manutenção de edifícios
- Carta de condução
- Disponibilidade para deslocações

Outros requisitos:
- Boa capacidade de análise para resolução de problemas
- Destreza técnica e autonomia
- Boas capacidades organizacionais e de gestão de tempo
- Conhecimentos de informática
- Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa
