KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages accounts of a third party.- Researches and verifies discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate risk analysis- Manages and coordinates recovery actions with customers.- Manages and monitors debit situations, ensuring the definition of action plans to be taken.- Informs and clarifies clients on invoices and payments.- Proposes improvement and action plans in order to improve the level of service.- Controls monthly accruals.- Completes reports accurately and timely in accordance with corporate controlling and accounting principles.- Collaborates directly with other departments.- Accompanies internal and external audits

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Accounting, Management or related field preferred.- 2 years related work experience in Accounting. Experience in the automotive industry or related field preferred.- Good Knowledge in SAP ERP System (preferred)- Good English language skills (spoken and written).- Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written).
