Estamos a recrutar, para a nossa sede em Faro, um(a) **CRM Specialist **(M/F).
**Missão**
O CRM Specialist tem como principal missão implementar e garantir o funcionamento do programa de fidelização Apolónia, através da implementação de toda a atividade promocional segmentada, e o suporte e gestão de projetos de desenvolvimento de melhoria/novas funcionalidades.
**A função**
- Liderar a implementação e desenvolvimento da plataforma de CRM;
- Assegurar a implementação do plano de acções promocionais, preparação das campanhas, avaliação das mesmas e subsequente reporting;
- Propor estratégias para retenção e fidelização de clientes, acompanhar as métricas do programa de fidelização e gerar insights suportados em dados de clientes;
- Efectuar análises e extracções de suporte ao negócio;
- Segmentar e qualificar os dados para identificação de oportunidades de negócio;
- Proceder à análise e gestão dos dados de vendas e de clientes;
- Analisar e acompanhar os diferentes KPI’s e dar suporte à produção de reportings para as diversas áreas de negócio;
- Desenvolver de manuais, normas e procedimentos internos;
- Realizar testes funcionais de ferramentas de suporte à operação;
- Desenvolver e garantir a otimização das análises de informação necessárias ao negócio;
- Identificar novos procedimentos e funcionalidades para melhoria contínua do CRM;
- Assegurar e implementar rotinas de automatização existentes nos diferentes sistemas de informação usados no programa de fidelização
**Requisitos**
- Formação académica na área de Economia/Gestão (ou em áreas similares);
- Três anos de experiência profissional com ferramentas CRM (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos das ferramentas MS Office, sobretudo Excel;
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês.
**Perfil**
- Gosto e interesse pela componente operacional do sector do retalho;
- Gosto pela área de CRM, análise de dados e gestão de relacionamento com o cliente;
- Gosto pelo trabalho com equipas multidisciplinares: ecommerce, marketing e comercial;
- Fortes habilidades de comunicação;
- Atitude proativa e aptidão para o trabalho em equipa.
