We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

**About the project**:
You will be supporting Dutch-speaking customers of Foot Locker, an American sportswear and footwear retailer, with its headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, and operating in over 40 countries.

**Your tasks**:

- Assistance with issues related to products;
- Effective assistance and advice for customers purchasing products;
- Answering questions about products;
- Processing any inquiries regarding payments and processing refunds;
- Professional management of customer data;
**You only need**:

- Fluency in **Dutch language **(must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of **English language **(at least B2)
- EU citizenship or full working rights.
- Be in Lisbon or be ready to relocate there
- Be courageous and seize this opportunity
