**Manpowergroup, a leading Human Resources company, is recruiting a Clearance Operations Broker(M/F) for Leça do Balio, Porto.**

**Work closely with customs to enable timely clearance and delivery.**
**The person to be selected must ensure that processes are completed, resulting in timely and**
**efficient processing of transactions and legal and regulatory compliance.**
**Efficient, friendly and professional communication is essential for the role.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of customs clearance documentation based on shipping documentation;**:

- Verify that all customs documentation is completed correctly;**:

- Ensure correct identification and accurate entry of shipment information into the**
**appropriate programs;**:

- Produce and validate customs data and documentation to support compliance with**
**regulatory and internal compliance standards and to ensure timely clearance of orders.**

**Profile**:

- Fluent in English.**:

- Language skills in German, Italian or French;**:

- Have a positive attitude;**:

- Customer focus with excellent communication skills;**:

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;**:

- Excellent time management skills;**:

- Stress resistance and good analytical skills;**:

- Ability to make independent decisions based on experience;**:

- Good knowledge of **Microsoft** **Office;**:

- Willing to develop your skills in a multinational / multicultural environment.**
