Sleep.8 originally founded in London, specialises in the manufacturing of furniture and mattresses. In just 3 years, we have opened 36 stores in 8 European countries and our current plans are to expand even more by opening several stores nationally and internationally, thus marking a new era for the Group. Additionally, we intend to increase the production team in S. João da Madeira.

Your role as “B2B Sales Manager” is very important to us. You will be responsible for building solid and lasting relationships with business clients.

**THE DAILY ROUTINE OF A B2B SALES MANAGER AT SLEEP.8**:

- Define the international commercial strategy (B2B Channel);
- Provide ongoing support in the preparation of studies, feasibility analyses and business plan review;
- Analyse business numbers and metrics;
- Participation in strategic decision-making;
- Manage the commercial team with regard to the marketing and dissemination of the company's products;
- Coordinate the commercial team, ensuring compliance with the intended objectives;
- Ensure the monitoring and development of the team's client portfolio;
- Support, at a commercial level, in company decisions**.**

**Requirements**:
**WHAT WE SEEK IN YOU**:

- Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing or related areas (preferential);
- Knowledge in furniture or mattresses sector (preferential);
- Proven experience in sales management (minimum 5 years);
- Experience with retail or hostelry clients (preferential)
- Regular contact with international markets;
- Availability to travel:

- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge in other languages is a plus;
