This role can be filled from Munich, Germany or from Amadora, Portugal.

**What part will you play?**
- You will use your excellent Accounting and IT knowledge to develop data analytics (Dashboard, Algorithms) to ease the closing processes
- In addition, you will analyze existing SRE closing processes and identify automation/ optimization potential
- You will support the identification of essential future digital skills of the accounting function and support training development
- In order to be able to improve / ease up the closing processes you will be responsible for defined tasks within the monthly preparation of the real estate subgroup financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the quarterly preparation of the notes required by IFRS
- You will support current transformation projects by defining business requirements and testing the acceptance of the solutions provided by SRE’s IT business partners
- Your support in other projects (e.g., the implementation of new accounting standards and support for M&A activities) is also part of your role
- You will act as a contact person for the stakeholders and service providers of FIN AR (e.g., SRE Business Administrators in Germany, SRE IT, Central Finance, Auditors)

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, IT or business administration functions
- Expert knowledge of SAP solutions is part of your skills profile
- You have extensive experience in Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau / Power BI)
- You are proficient in Microsoft Tools (Excel / Power Apps / Power Automate)
- Experience in Python and machine learning techniques is a plus
- You are able to leverage data from various internal and external sources such as SAP ERP, SAP SEM BCS and other IT tools
- You have expert accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills
- You have demonstrated process improvement initiatives and an affinity for innovative tools and technology
- You are not satisfied with the status quo, but enjoy developing new solutions and optimizing existing processes
- You have an analytical and customer-oriented way of working, have a pronounced “hands-on” mentality, and bring a high level of commitment and resilience
- You are fluent in English and show strong willingness to work in virtual, international teams
