As an Ariba Admin Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the function of all activities within the ARIBA tool. You will also act as an ARIBA expert and be the interface between end-users, IT, the ARIBA service provider, and suppliers.

In your new role, you will:

- Be responsible for **communication with the ARIBA community **(e.g. local purchasing organizations and their suppliers);
- **Provide accurate information and solutions **along with **timely reporting **;
- Help with **User Maintenance **(e.g. new users, change authorizations), **User Support **(e.g. answer questions, give requested support/advice, conduct trainings), and **Supplier Support **(e.g. answer questions, give requested support/advice);
- Support **the resolution/identification of operational issues **within the tool;
- Help with **incident handling **(e.g. check incidents raised by key users, root cause analysis, check in test System, raise Incident in IT shop, tracking, re-test, close).

You are a great communicator, able to share information effectively and professionally with both internal and external partners, and have a positive and flexible working attitude, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

- A degree in **Business Administration **, **Economics **, **International Relations, Languages **or equivalent fields;
- Good knowledge of **MS Office tools **, such as Excel and PowerPoint;
- **Fluency in English **(mandatory) - German would be a plus.
