**Current opportunity: Content Manager/Proposal Specialist**

Location: Portugal

Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or remote depending on proximity to our Lisbon Office

Required Languages: Spanish and English

Required Experience: 5+ years

**Description**:
As a Content Manager/Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and updating content, developing compelling proposals, and creating visually appealing infographics and workflows that support our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**_Content Management:_**
- Maintain and update content on SharePoint, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
- Track content update schedules and manage regular updates to product and Subject Matter Expert (SME) lists semi-annually.
- Work closely with internal departments to keep content aligned with service roadmaps and company strategy.

**_ Proposal Development:_**
- Collaborate with the Proposal Strategy Team to conduct market research and develop compelling content that aligns with win themes.
- Map products and services to industry requirements and client needs, ensuring proposals are targeted and effective.
- Utilize your storytelling skills to craft concise, impactful narratives for proposals.

**_ Design and Infographics:_**
- Create visually appealing infographics and workflows that enhance the readability and impact of content.
- Ensure all design elements align with company branding and communication guidelines.

**_ Writing and Communication:_**
- Write and edit high-quality content that is clear, concise, and compelling.
- Ensure excellent command of English in both written and spoken communications.

**_ Tools and Technology:_**
- Expertly use SharePoint, InDesign, and the MS Office Suite to manage and create content.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles to create visually appealing documents and presentations.

**Responsibilities**:
**_Content Management:_**
- Collaborate with and create synergy among SAM leads, SMEs, corporate resources (Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.), and other collaborators to develop and refine proposals.
- Proactively ensure the capture, accuracy, and quality of content on an ongoing basis
- Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive content library to support proposal development efforts.
- Tailor content to meet the specific needs and preferences of target audiences, including case studies, testimonials, and value propositions.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from past proposals, client feedback, and market trends.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement to inform proposal strategies and decision-making.
- Lead the development of high-quality content for proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements, win themes, and brand messaging.
- Continuously evaluate and improve content templates, proposal outlines, and other tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**_ Proposal Development:_**
- Providing support and coordination throughout various stages of proposal development.
- Assisting proposal development.
- Gathering requirements, aiding in design, and conducting QA/QC for consistency and accuracy.
- Coordination with SMEs, sales teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs and win themes.
- Updating content library and helping with project close-out process.
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the Director of Proposal Development.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Superior command of the Spanish and English language, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field. Or a minimum of 5 years of experience in content management, proposal writing, or a related role for mid-size global firms.
- Expert user of SharePoint, InDesign, and the MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in creating infographics and workflows.
- Strong design understanding and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing content.
- Proven experience in proposal development, content management, and data analytics.
- Excellent writer and storyteller, capable of crafting concise and impactful content.
- Confidence in working closely with executive-level staff.
