**Tes missions, ton quotidien**:
**Support équipe interne**
- Superviser et guider toutes les activités de l’équipe de service
- Coordonner les créations de SLA (via l’interaction avec l’équipe commerciale)
- S’assurer que l’équipe respecte les Bonnes Pratiques et maintiennent les SLA
- Surveiller les problèmes du service et les plaintes des clients
- Élaborer des plans de gestion des problèmes et d’amélioration des services

**Service client**
- Veiller à ce que les clients, le support technique et les autres parties techniques soient représentés dans la définition et l’évolution des services
- Offrir un service client
- Maintenir la relation client
