At Siena, we are building the world's first autonomous customer service platform, leveraging artificial intelligence to enable machines to engage in useful and empathic conversations. Our platform is the first of its kind, designed to work out-of-the-box to effectively solve customer problems across all digital channels.

Our self-service, autonomous CX platform uses advanced natural language processing techniques to communicate with customers in a natural tone and promptly answer questions, while also utilizing conversation redirecting algorithms to develop a human + AI operating model. As a result, companies see a significant reduction in ticket backlogs, a marked improvement in customer experience, improved ability to manage unpredictable conversation volumes, and an increase in agent capacity to handle high empathy cases.

**About the role**:
As our Talent and People Partner at Siena AI, you will partner strategically with leadership to guide, shape and nurture our organisation's culture.

Take full ownership of our people strategy, spanning talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and building people processes as we move into the next stage of high growth.

**What you'll be doing**:

- ** Performance Management**: Establish the performance management framework that empowers Siena's team to excel. Collaborate with managers to set clear performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and facilitate regular performance reviews.
- ** Culture and team environment**: Lead with empathy to cultivate a vibrant culture spanning 3 continents. Guide people policies, foster open feedback, and promote inclusive communication, nurturing a high-performance environment.
- ** Total Rewards**: Lead the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures. market insights to recommend attractive salary bands, incentive systems, and benefits packages that attract and retain top-tier talent.
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide actionable insights to optimise processes and enhance the employee experience.

- Ace designing and implementing accountability-driven performance systems, fostering results and growth-oriented conversations.
- Are confident on your deep understanding of compensation philosophy and market trends to create competitive total rewards packages, implementing salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Navigate intricate people situations with empathy, advocating for a positive, healthy workplace culture, and providing guidance on workplace guidelines.
- Use analytical thinking to set and track key performance indicators for effective people strategies.
