Our Retail Department in Alges (Portugal) is looking for a

**District Manager (f/m/d) (100%)**

The purpose of the role is to coordinate, supervise and support all the stores, part of own market, in order to achieve sales results and profitability, ensuring the implementation of Triumph guidelines and the respect for the image of the brand.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to define own budget, target, shop staff and organizational structure and management of own area
- Ensure the proper management of own stores to ensure the best results both in terms of sales and profitability
- Analyze results of own stores and implement relevant measures of intervention
- Ensure the monthly target of sell-through reporting/managing goods in the target
- Share results of Store Visit with Store Manager Retail and support store managers in the implementation of further action plans
- Support sales ladies to create a positive work environment, working closely with the Store Manager to formulate and achieve the goals of the business plan
- Plan, in collaboration with HR Department, recruiting needs and monthly changes that involve own staff in order to ensure adequate staffing and maintain labor cost control
- Train and coach shop staff on a daily basis about product and customer journey and procedures.
- Ensure that all staff are properly aligned with all company procedures, product knowledge, sales techniques and marketing techniques and take action personally in case of lacks
- Manage Store Manager performance evaluations on the basis of the objectives set
- Make sure that the Visual Merchandising guidelines have been implemented and, where necessary, support the staff in bringing about the necessary changes
- Evaluate and analyze, together with the Store Manager, sales data to ensure that the exposure of goods, the management of the sales and inventory are correct and in support of sales
- Act as a link between stores and headquarters
- Coordinate and supervise all activities related to shops closure and opening

**Your ideal profile**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail department of multinational companies
- University degree
- Good knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel
- Good knowledge of English and Portuguese as a ‘must have’ and Italian as a ‘nice to have’
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Leadership skills with a problem solving approach
- Team working style
- Able to plan and organize activities and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analysis skills
