THE ROLE
We are looking for an Office Assistant to report directly to the Office Manager Coordinator, you will manage our office and handle all the issues that may appear related to this area.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Reporting to the Office Coordinator to create an effective and "on time" information flow;
- You'll autonomously analyze the surrounding area and propose solutions to everyday problems;
- You'll support in the daily management of operations inherent to the proper functioning of an office: Manage meeting rooms, control accesses, management of orders and mail/ courier, management of bus capacity etc;
- Administrative and reception support where it will provide assistance and forward visitors, and calls, mail, parcels and others;
- You'll ensure the stock of "employee facilities" and the proper functioning and compliance with the cleaning plan previously agreed upon between Farfetch and the company providing the services;
- Support, whenever needed, of other activities.
