Our client is the world leader in metal packaging technology, designing and manufacture a wide range of innovative and sustainable metal packaging solutions. Our customers are some of the world's largest and most respected companies.

**Main Activities**:
Collaborate with the management of the assigned accounts; Register and control information about customer orders in the system, following up production until delivery; Manage processes for new cap designs, initiating and controlling the procedure for sending them to the customer and monitoring them in the system;Control and monitoring of payments made by customers, ensuring the compliance of the commitments undertaken by them; Collaborate in the after-sales service, in following up complaints with the Quality Department and when production is being made available to the customer; Make short-term sales volume forecasts in coordination with Commercial Manager, to collaborate with plant logistics for production planning; Informing and providing the Sales Manager of the area with feedback on sales forecasts, deviations of the sales volume, customers, opportunities, production and sales statistics, etc. for making management decisions which allow to consolidate and increase the sales volume; Supervising and guaranteeing along with customers that these return the packaging material; Being in coordination with other departments and areas of the organization, in order to ensure the correct customer service and ongoing improvement, in special with the expeditions and transports area, to manage the disposition of the product to the customer; Carrying out tasks supporting the Commercial Manager of the areas of Merida, Extremadura and Portugal.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Packaging and Canning Industry sectors; Proven ability to establish effective relationships with customers and negotiation skills; Orderly, disciplined and committed; Ability to integrate into the cross-functional team; Results-Oriented; Knowledge of the business and customer oriented; Management by Objectives.
