**Main Mission**:
The MPTS Area Manager is responsible for:

- The procurement planning and execution processes outsourced by the plants to the platform all the transportations operations for production parts requested in his/her area. His/her role is to develop, deploy and manage these operations as described in the Service Level Agreements, to ensure the best service at the best possible cost. In such context, she or he anticipates the needs of resources and skills as per platform business plan and collaborate with shareholders function (Continuous Improvement, Carrier management, Freight Overseas & Trading, HR, Controlling, Purchasing, and Plant operations) to implement relevant staffing, development plans and adequate training.

The MPTS area manager main accountability are related to:

- Ensure the continuous daily plant operations in the area, according to the agreed service agreements with plants
- Implementation and lead of the area as a competence center for MPTS
- The adherence to FES (Faurecia Excellence System) X.0, IATF and ICB requirements related to traffic and Procurement processes
- The proposal of continuous improvement on processes and tools used in the MPTS platform
- Contribution to Plant budget preparation for freight spend.
- Area budget achievement for freight spend

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management, or several years experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / transportation management
- Multi-functional & Multi-cultural communication, overseas experience a plus
- SAP knowledge, MM, PP and TMS modules appreciated
- Ideally tri-lingual (English + two other languages)
- Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy / Openness to new ideas / Resiliency
