We're looking for an awesome **Senior Clinical Biomarker Scientist | Diagnostics | Omics** to join our team on our journey to revolutionize personalized medicine

**Job Description**:
**About your Role**
- Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
- Analyze and interpret data generated from biomarker discovery and validation studies, effectively communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide scientific and strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholders on biomarker development, clinical study design, and regulatory requirements specific to photonics and AI-based diagnostics
- Establish and maintain collaborations with external partners, such as academic institutions, industry experts, and clinical centers, to support biomarker discovery and clinical validation studies.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**✔️**
- Master’s Degree in a relevant Life Sciences field (biology, medicine, biomedical engineering, molecular biology, others) (Bonus: Master’s or PhD)
- + 3 years relevant experience in Blood Biomarker research and/or development (Bonus: Spectral or AI Biomarkers)
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in blood biomarker discovery, validation, and clinical translation (Bonus: Analytical Assay development)
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical diagnostics (Bonus: FDA/CLIA/GCP standards).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, present scientific findings to technical and non-technical audiences and establish external partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment that may require adapting quickly to new directions or taking the initiative and ownership of key workstreams
- A passion for innovation, a willingness to learn, and a solid commitment to scientific excellence and integrity.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Understanding of Optics (spectroscopy, Raman, FTIR or similar techniques)
- Understanding of AI (machine learning, deep learning)
