Business Development Manager

**Description**:
BRAINR is looking for a talented **Business Development Manager** to join our fast growing team and play a crucial role in bringing the benefits of BRAINR to new customers. In this role, you will contribute to our business development strategy, work in partner channel development and direct sales efforts, and help us drive our mission to empower factories and workers to be smarter, faster and more productive.

**Responsibilities**:
- Increase our partner network and proactively identify and evaluate potential partner opportunities
- Research and prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound leads to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities
- Showcase BRAINR's solution to prospective partners and end customers, effectively communicating the unique value proposition and benefits of our MES solution.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create customer-centric and partner marketing materials and resources to support partner recruitment and enablement.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize the value in customers and partners.
- Participate in marketing led initiatives to drive leads in trade shows and other events
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience and success in software sales, ideally with a focus on SaaS.
- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- Experience in working with clients in manufacturing, experience in food manufacturing a plus.
- A propensity and willingness to gain a strong understanding of the industry and basic use cases/value propositions that our product offers
- Fluent English required, Spanish is a plus
- College degree in Marketing/Sales/Industrial Management or equivalent experience preferred
- High integrity and strong work ethic
