Your tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead project teams ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, on time and within budget
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership, project sponsors, and team members
- Ensure compliance with project management methodology, standards, and best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and practices
- Support the organization's strategic initiatives by aligning project goals with business objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in IT Project Management especially IT Infrastructure
- Proven experience leading both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum projects
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in ITIL/ITSM processes is a plus
- Certifications in Project Management Agile or Waterfall are desirable ( Eg: PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, CSM ) are a desirable
- Language requirements: English
