**SKILLS NEEDED**
- Must have Culinary expertise and be aware of the pizzaiolo technique (minimum 2 years experience in the Area)
- Collaboration and good communication with the team are mandatory
- Problem-solving skills, that knows how to handle Pressure

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for the pizzeria Area, being the main position in the Kitchen team;
- Responsible for verifying and following the quality standards of Arte Bianca;
- Responsible for ordering;
- Responsible for stock control;
- Participate with Restaurant Managers / Food & Beverage Managers in the assessment of equipment needed and maintenance of the restaurant’s kitchen as well as the weekly cleaning plan
- Responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and orderly and ensuring that others on the team follow Arte Bianca's organizational standards;
- Participate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Corporate Chef in elaboration of recipes, ArteBianca standards & guidelines, and kitchen organization;
**We can't provide visas. The person has to live in Portugal, preferebly living around Aljezur. Applications residing outside the country will be automatically discarded.**

The Pizzaiolo position is the heart of the restaurant and Its presence is essential for the restaurant, to ensure its daily operation and long-term success, with high-quality food, products, and service.
