Join our team as a **CRM Dynamics Consultant** (Hybrid - Lisbon)

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM environment;
- Actively contribute to the configuration and customization of Dynamics OnPrem to meet specific customer needs;
- Provide efficient support and resolution of tickets related to Dynamics 365 CRM;
- Work closely with the technical support team and end users to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Participate in planning meetings and technical discussions, providing insights and innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 2/3 years in development for Dynamics 365 CRM;
- Proficiency in Dynamics OnPrem, including configuration and customization;
- Solid development skills, capable of creating customized solutions using tools and languages associated with Dynamics 365 CRM;
- Experience in ticket support, focusing on efficient resolution and customer satisfaction;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Good Knowledge of English;
- Workplace: Lisbon (hybrid).
