Qualitest, the largest quality assurance company in the world, is recruiting employees for a localization/software-testing project in partnership with one of the world’s largest tech providers.

Controlling PMO supports and requires compliance with tools and methods. They check whether required documents are submitted in a project, or relevant steps are executed based on the processes, etc. This type of PMO has a moderate degree of control in projects. This type of Project Management Offices is managed by PMO Managers, or PMO leads but typically, they are not so powerful in the organization.

About The Job
- The Mission of the Project Management Officer is to perform controlling PMO supports and help create compliance with tools and methods.To check whether required documents are submitted in a project, or relevant steps are executed based on the processes, etc. We will need also assistance creating all governance template documents to support the team leaders and project managers of the company.
- The PMO fulfils a variety of functions on a day-to-day basis, including the gathering data about project progress and producing reports, developing PM standards and processes and encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.

Your Main Activities Are
- Design, implement and run the appropriate framework to manage projects in a very multicultural global environment.
- Verify project tracking, control and reporting: monitor the management of risks, issues, dependencies, actions, tracking budget, change control and regular reporting.
- Provide materials, input and facilitate governance, dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organization from project team members to senior sponsors or internal communication teams.
- Provide project support to selected projects, including aspects such as set up of the project governance, project launch, ensuring that the methodology is followed appropriately for the project, preparation of SteerCo materials and minutes, management of project gate approvals and closure.
- Facilitate capacity planning across a portfolio of projects; provide support where needed and communicate resource allocation challenges.
- Own, maintain and communicate the standard project methodology (including templates when applicable).
- Design, implement, manage and continuously improve the framework and tools to collect, centralise and report on projects to key internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Management Finance and Accounting;
- Up to 2 years experience in Project Management and Consulting;
- Fluency in English is required;
- Knowledge in Office Pack (Excel and Powerpoint);
- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork;
- Proactivity;
- Attention to detail / rigor;
- Organisational skills;
- Analytical Ability.
