E-commerce Business Product Owner

**Como vai ser o teu dia-a-dia?**:
- Colaborar na construção do plano comercial, desenvolver e implementar estratégias abrangentes para impulsionar a performance do e-commerce, com foco especial em mobile App;
- Desenvolver e implementar em co-construção com a equipa de Growth, comercial e ecommerce campanhas de marketing eficazes, otimizadas para dispositivos móveis, com o objetivo de impulsionar aquisição, retenção, interação e conversão;
- Co-construir a estratégia e plano de prioridades de desenvolvimento da APP com as equipas da ADEO e outras BU's com foco no desenvolvimento do negócio;
- Colaborar com equipas IT da ADEO e/ou internas para otimização de funcionalidades existentes, desenvolvimento de novas e monitorização, impulsionando o aumento da taxa de conversão e assegurando uma experiência de excelência;
- Definir KPI's da área e criar reports para monitorização dos mesmos;
- Realizar análises de dados para avaliar o desempenho, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar ajustes estratégicos;
- Trabalhar em interdependência com equipas de marketing, IT, PMO, UX entre outras, para garantir que a estratégia de desenvolvimento da app está alinhada com a estratégia do negócio e satisfação do cliente.
**O que procuramos em ti?**:
- Experiência comprovada em funções semelhantes, preferencialmente em ambientes de e-commerce;
- Formação académica mínima ao nível da licenciatura;
- Conhecimento sólido em mobile marketing, incluindo estratégias de aquisição, notificações push e experiência do utilizador em dispositivos mobile;
- Experiência prática no desenvolvimento e aprimoramento de aplicativos móveis;
- Habilidades analíticas avançadas e familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de dados;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e de gestão de projetos de forma eficaz,
- Fluente em Inglês.
