**Team and Mission**

We are looking for a talented Test Manager for the Wüest Dimensions Product Team to create new Quality Assurance (QA) function and drive it into the future. You are going to be based in Lisbon (14 people at Centro Comercial Alvalade) and you will be part of a highly motivated team, which is partly located also in Zurich.

**Your responsibility**

If you're a meticulous, strategic-minded Test Manager with a passion in orchestrating comprehensive testing strategies, building up and leading a testing team, and ensuring adherence to quality and excellence standards - this could be the role for you.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

- Team Building and Leadership: Build a new function within our organization by establishing and leading a new test automation team, implementing international testing standards as well as actively shape the team's structure and operational setup.
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a QA strategy for our Wüest Dimensions platform, as well as define and execute a QA roadmap to roll out capabilities incrementally.
- Mentorship: Train and mentor Development Teams, Product Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders on QA-related aspects to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement to aim for excellence.
- Test Automation: Select and implement E2E and integration test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright/Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit), define test automation processes, priorities, and backlog. Drive the development and enhancement of automated test suites to improve regression testing coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Test Process Management: Plan, design, monitor, control, and improve test processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Reporting: Deliver clear and concise reports to stakeholders to inform decision-making on test phases and incident management.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with international, diverse teams, including engineers, business analysts, and product managers; and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients regarding QA aspects.

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB advanced certification) is advantageous
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, with at least several years in a managerial role; Experience in creating a function in this field is an advantage
- Excellent understanding of the test lifecycle and strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Good knowledge of agile methodologies in relation to testing including test/product management tooling (e.g. Atlassian suite, Xray)
- Highly organized team player with an agile mindset who brings excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and collaborate effectively with diverse teams (especially also on C-level)
- Independent, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented work approach
- Fluency in English and Portuguese language, written and verbal
- Willingness to travel (approx. 5 times per year) to our headquarter in Switzerland
