**The Role**

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Responsible for Accounts Receivables:

- track the billing process.
- manage collections.
- run customers aging reports.
- contact billers and customers when required.
- Responsible for Intercompany process
- Responsible for bank accounts daily update and reconciliations
- Support on month-end accounting deliverables
- Support on tax reporting preparation
- Support on financial statements preparation

**The Requirements**

You are the person that we are looking for if you have:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Taxation or Business Administration and Management
- Previous experience performing similar tasks.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Proficiency in Excel and Database tools is a minimum. Oracle experience would be a great plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Pro-active, organized, team player and process orientated.
