**As a Tech Lead, what are you going to do?**
- Lead the design of software solutions;
- Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality;
- Implement best practices and coding standards;
- Review project requirements and design solutions;
- Identify technical risks for solutions;
- Provide well-designed, efficient, and testable code;
- Conduct software analysis, testing, and debugging;
- Solve complex problems in production environments;
- Coach your fellow software developers and develop their technical skills;
- Provide effort estimations;
- Conduct technical interviews effort.

**What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- 1Y+ Experience as Tech Lead/Team Leader;
- 5Y+ of experience as a Software developer or similar role;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft.NET development stack and C# recent versions;
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems;
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in system integration;
- Excellent knowledge of development process best practices (Code, Testing, versioning, DevOps);
- Fluency in English, both speaking and writing.
