Vehicle Damage Assessor

**PLEASE NOTE: CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PROVEN DISPUTE RESOLUTION SKILLS, SUCH AS DEBT COLLECTION.**

Small but growing car & van rental company with 3 branches in the UK requires a highly motivated and very reliable Damage & Debt Controller whose responsibilities will include:

- Examining damage on vehicles
- Co-ordinating with the bodyshop on repairs
- Examining costs
- Discussing repair costs with customers
- Chasing for payment
- Scheduling servicing, MOT’s, LOLER tests
- Keeping accurate records of work carried out
- Chasing bad debts
- Person we’re looking for:

- Must speak English perfectly and have a very good telephone manor, as will be dealing with customers on a regular basis
- Must be extremely calm under pressure, easily able to handle difficult customers and situations.
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Be very flexible
- Must have driving license
- Fleet management / bodyshop / inspection / estimating experience a bonus

This job will involve you invoicing customers for repairs to hire vehicles and seeing it through until payment.

**YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING THESE HOURS**

Monday 7AM-6PM

Tuesday-Friday 8AM-6PM

Every Other Saturday 8AM-1PM

**Salary**: From 25,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Loulé, Distrito de Faro: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
