Job Description:
To manage PTW system, associated Risk assessment, Job safety analysis and Tool Box Talk. To carry out regular checks/audits of the effective implementation of the PTW system, providing support to the Project HSE Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Resource will support the Project HSE Manager in the following fields:
- Support the Project HSE Manager being responsible for the PTW preparation, according to Project PTW procedure and collecting relevant signatures.
- Ensure the PTW is issued with relevant RA, JSA and TBT is carried out for the specific activity.
- Maintaining the Permit Register;
- Advising Construction Manager and Supervisors of any conflict of permits and SIMOPS;
- Keeping the records of all permits issued and related documents (e. g. JSA; TBT, etc.);
- Participate to the HSE inspections, weekly meetings;
- Ensure the correct implementation of the Lock Out Tag Out System
- Carry out the gas test, as applicable
- Ensure the emergency rescue plans and equipment are available for the specific activity, as required and emergency Team duly informed
Work Experience and education requirements:
- The Resource should preferably have internationally recognised qualification in HSE Management (BSC, NEBOSH or equivalent).
- The job holder should preferably have at least 3 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
Soft Skills and Competencies:
- Level of Business English Language (B2 Level or equivalent)
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to create a friendly working environment
