DESCRIPTION
Zurich is recruiting a Data Scientist for the Non-Life Pricing team to support the development and optimization of AI&ML models.

In this context, we are looking for a professional with the following qualities:

- Adaptability to different technological environments.
- Ease of learning and intellectual curiosity.
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and planning.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Dynamism, proactivity, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI&ML models to support business areas.
- Create predictive models and automate processes.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Statistics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and knowledge in Data Science.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL programming.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning models and AI&ML solution development.
- Familiarity with Git.

NICE TO HAVE
- Proficient in the English language - Preferred.
