Paradigma is a Hospitality Group founded in 2021, characterised by creativity and innovation. We specialise in the restaurant sector, owning Ofício Lisboa, Lota Sea & Fire, Canalha, Café do Paço, ISCO, Dona by Hugo Candeias and the Food Corner of Vincent Farges at TimeOut Lisbon Market.
In order to consolidate this evolution, we are currently hiring Bartender (M/F):
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure that customers have a pleasant and satisfactory experience, through excellent quality, professionalism and friendliness;
- Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service;
- Ability to organize and clean during service.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and customer relationship skills;
- Team spirit;
- Sense of commitment and responsibility;
- Dynamism and proactivity;
- Availability and flexibility to work shifts and weekends;
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is valued).
