**What role will you play?**
- Collaboration and technical consulting with different stakeholders: Product Owner, Program Manager and Business Analysts
- Salesforce Cloud and Services management, proposing optimizations and course of actions to evolve the architecture in areas like capacity, resilience, security and costs
- Guarantee the adherence and implementation of Salesforce best practices and compliance rules
- Be an active voice on the solution architecture and development in our Salesforce platform, aligned with internal stakeholders from different Siemens Digital Industries business and functional areas
- Guidance and support of developer’s team

**We are looking for**:

- Detailed understanding of the Salesforce Platform and proven experience (minimum 2 years) in Salesforce implementation projects, including Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Data Integration, Salesforce Communities or Portal
- Strong experience of delivering Salesforce configuration, including: Flows and Automation, Permissions and Access, Validation rules, App integrations
- Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g.: SCRUM)
- Capacity for complex technical problems solving and ability to follow up on topics to ensure positive outcomes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Cloud technologies Experience
- Certification(s) (eg: Salesforce Admin Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer 1)
