ÂMBITO DA FUNÇÃO
Reporta ao responsável pela área de Engenharia, irá liderar a equipa de técnicos de manutenção mecânica com o objetivo de garantir um serviço de manutenção eficiente aos equipamentos e instalações.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES E OBJETIVOS
- Implementar os planos de manutenção de acordo com os prazos estipulados na sua totalidade.
- Acompanhar os processos de recondicionamento de equipamentos mecânicos.
- Implementar projetos de melhoria da fábrica, de acordo com os prazos acordados.
- Assegurar que os trabalhos são realizados de acordo com os procedimentos de manutenção, padrões de engenharia, análises de risco e/ou outros requisitos indicados.
- Atingir ou exceder os objetivos de Qualidade, Saúde & Segurança e Ambiente.
- Programar e acordar os planos de trabalho diários/semanais com o responsável de Engenharia, integrando as atividades de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e curativa.
- Apoiar o Reliability Manager no planeamento de manutenção e monitorização das linhas de produção.
- Adquirir um conhecimento aprofundado sobre as instalações, com o objetivo de sugerir e desenvolver melhorias.
- Apoiar e participar ativamente nas ações de Melhoria Contínua
- Desenvolver Análises de Causa Raíz sobre falhas dos componentes, gerando e implementando modificações e melhorias, garantindo a fiabilidade e desempenho da instalação.
- Garantir os registos de manutenção em SAP, por forma a manter a informação atualizada.
- Participar nos projetos de investimento, apoiar todos os passos desde o desenvolvimento até ao comissionamento.
- Organizar e realizar verificações legais de segurança e os registos necessários.
- Cumprir todas as normas, políticas e requisitos de Qualidade, Segurança alimentar e Food Defense.

COMPETÊNCIAS E CONHECIMENTOS
- Experiência em liderança de equipas.
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Capacidade de motivar as equipas, quer colaboradores internos, quer prestadores de serviço.
- Conhecimento de técnicas de planeamento, manutenção preditiva e RCM (Realibility Centered Maintenance), entre outras técnicas de manutenção.
- Experiência prévia em planeamento de trabalhos.
- Capacidade de auto-motivação com ambição de desenvolvimento pessoal.
- Capacidade de análise detalhada dos problemas até identificar a causa-raíz e apresentar soluções de longo prazo.
- Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office.
- Domínio da língua inglesa (fluente).
- Resistência a ambientes quentes.
- Disponibilidade para, caso seja necessário, trabalhar fins-de-semana e feriados.

EXPERIÊNCIA PROFISSIONAL
- Experiência em ambientes de manutenção pesada (exemplo: estaleiros, cimento, minas, papel, etc.)
- Experiência na gestão de aspetos de Qualidade, Segurança, Higiene e Ambiente.
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em Manutenção.
- Experiência em técnicas e regimes de Manutenção Preditiva/Preventiva.

HABILITAÇÕES LITERÁRIAS
- Curso técnico-profissional (nível 4) em áreas de Mecânica ou similar.
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Mecânica ou outras Engenharias relacionadas (preferencial)
