Le Wagon is a **global leader in immersive tech training**. Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 22,000+ graduates from all walks of life, including career changers, digital nomads and many entrepreneurs - who've created **180+ tech startups** and raised $1000M+ and counting

As a new member of the Career Services Team, your role will be pivotal in identifying, supporting, and actively engaging with **leaders of prominent companies** to facilitate the hiring of our alumni. Your proactive approach and dedication to building strong professional relationships will be key in creating **valuable employment opportunities** for our alumni.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in driving Le Wagon's growth and presence in the tech sector through strategic networking, partnership development, and showcasing our graduates' talents to industry leaders.

Your primary objective will be **to maximise deal closures for our students**, achieved through **these key strategies**:
1. **Prospecting new Hiring Partners**:

- Actively seek new business prospects.
- Prioritise key business segments, capitalise on Le Wagon’s strengths, and tailor your sales approach.

2. **Engaging existing Hiring Partners**:

- Lead sales initiatives, from presentations to negotiations with potential clients.
- Foster deep, lasting relationships across client organisations, positioning Le Wagon as a key partner in their digital journey.
- Expand and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales reporting and activity tracking.

3. **Collaborate with a cross-functional team**:

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align and execute business strategies.
- Actively represent the Le Wagon brand by participating in key tech events and engaging in strategic networking activities

Working closely with the Online Team and Global Head of Career, you'll be instrumental in Le Wagon's success and growth in the European market.

**About you**:

- At least 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong ability to analyse market trends and client needs
- Team player, energised by working with various stakeholders from different backgrounds
- You want to help our students by closing as many as possible deals with great hiring partners Understanding of current technology trends and ability to learn about new products quickly.
