**YOUR ROLE**:

- Control and ensure compliance with the indicators defined in the objectives, respecting the defined production sequences and Quality requirements;
- Effectively organize the distribution of Production between the various machines;
- Check the “stock” level for the necessary production;
- Ensure the correct use of existing tools and equipment in the areas under their responsibility;
- Participate in daily meetings of the multidisciplinary team;
- Prepare action plans according to corrective or preventive measures;
- Ensure that the correct separation and identification of products are performed during the production process;
- Monitor, analyze and control actions in accordance with the “Zero Defects” Policy, encouraging this spirit in operators;
- Ensure, in collaboration with the responsible Areas, that all Visual Aids, Work Instructions and identification are maintained properly for use by work teams;
- Forward any problems that may compromise the fulfillment of daily objectives to your superior, ensuring, whenever applicable, the implementation of the problem-solving methodology;
- Develop actions with team leaders to ensure that the absenteeism and turnover are managed in a timely and correct manner, promoting planning and daily proactivity in team management, ensuring compliance with internal regulations in force for this purpose, as well as, all procedures and work instructions.

**YOUR BACKGROUND**:

- Higher Education in Engineering Areas _( _preferably Production or Industrial _) _;
- Fluent knowledge of written and verbal English;
- Good knowledge in cable production _( _preferred _) _;
- Ability to plan, organize and manage, work under pressure; Teamwork, interpersonal and leadership skills.
