**Your position and environment?**

Our **Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group **is looking for you as **HR GENERALIST** **VIE **in our plant in** Bragança, Portugal.**

**Your main missions will be to**:
Administrative processes:
- HR KPI dashboard management and reports.
- Measurement and analysis of indicators
- Preparation of qualitative reports
- Manage Payroll
- Standardised Personnel files.

Employee Empowerment Implementation:

- Organize Human aspects of Production / Manpower planning
- Daily operational communication
- Mastery Workstation / develop polyvalence
- Involve employees in continuous improvement (improvement Ideas)
- Task Transfer

Management Development:
- Talent acquisition/Employer branding: job fairs, DUAL, VIE
- Recruitment
- Training

The mission will last **12 months**, could be renewed once up to **24 months**.- ** Master's degree** in Human Ressources or similar
- Management of digital tools
- Corporate & external social networks management
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
- Ability to manage different projects at the same time
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good level of **English** and **Portuguese** or **Spanish**
