**What's in it for you**:
We are looking for a Social Media Senior Manager, with strong experience in managing the Main Social media platforms, with both technically and operational expertise. It’s expected that the Social Media Manager Lead will work closely with the main brand stakeholders (marketing, media creative agency), with a flexible, highly creative, and open-minded mindset, receptive to new ways of work, ideas and opportunities.

We expect you to feel comfortable in a fast-paced, challenging and extremely dynamic environment, enjoy and promote open collaboration across teams, and be prepared to handle unexpected and complex situations.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage Social Media platforms;
- Create and manage Social Media brand strategy and audience strategy;
- Content and campaign on-going planning and publishing;
- Work hand in hand with the Marketing and Advertising teams to support the business and suggest opportunities;
- Ongoing monitor and follow the trends and metrics on Social Media platforms;
- Ongoing follow external best in class Benchmark;
- Identify and manage influencer campaigns;
- Anticipate and manage potential crisis;
- Key points of interaction with Creative agency and Media buying.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor or Master’s in Digital Marketing, Advertising or similar;
- Minimum of 3-year of proven experience in a similar role;
- Strong background and technical knowledge of the main Social Media Platforms;
- Advanced user of the Social Media platforms;
- Strong Communications Skills (written and spoken);
- Experience in social media reporting and data analysis;
- Management experience in digital creative;
- Hands-on technical and operational experience of social media platforms;
- Hands-on technical and operational experience of social media analytics tools;
- Good copywriting skills;
- Creative mindset;
- Good data management and analytical skills;
- Proven track-record of driving social media projects and creating impact through pragmatic problem-solving;
- Demonstrates understanding of the customers perspective, self-awareness and emotional intelligence;
- Customer Centricity;
- Content Marketing and Social Marketing.
