We are seeking an organized, data-driven, and ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels. Your insights and optimizations, driven by rigorous A/B testing and thorough documentation, will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and improving our return on investment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, manage, and execute user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, including but not limited to Meta, Google and Amazon.
- Participate in full-cycle creative production, leveraging data-driven decisions to guide our creative content.
- Ensure proper tracking, analysis, and reporting of campaign performance, while also contributing to the automation of campaign management processes.
- Maintain a high level of organization to manage various campaigns and initiatives effectively.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and changes, ensuring our strategy remains innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with other team members to align marketing efforts with broader company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting A/B testing, documenting results, and using data to inform decision making.
- In-depth knowledge of performance campaign execution across platforms such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, programmatic platforms, ad networks, affiliate networks, and SEO.
- A strong understanding of digital data analytics.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- The ability to break complex problems into manageable tasks and a love for working with data.
- Natural curiosity and a desire to make a significant impact.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
