**PURPOSE**
- In charge of designing Enterprise Data Architecture with consideration for transverse challenges.
- In charge of supporting business stakeholders for the identification of their needs, the proposal of related actions and the execution of the respective plan.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS**
- Support govern and contribute to a fully integrated and aligned Data Strategy across the SBM organization.
- Develop and maintain the organization's enterprise data architecture, including data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Design and implement conceptual, logical and physical data models, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and other relevant artifacts that describe data structures, relationships, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and other technical teams to identify and prioritize data requirements, use cases, and data sources.
- Work with data governance officers, data engineers, and other IT professionals to ensure the efficient and effective integration, transformation, storage, and retrieval of data across various systems and platforms.
- Develop and maintain metadata repositories and data lineage documentation to track data sources, transformations, and usage.
- Ensure that data models are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory and privacy requirements.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards, data validation rules, and data profiling techniques to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
- Develop and maintain data standards, and procedures to ensure that data assets are managed and used in accordance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data architecture and modeling practices.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Barchelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with experience in administrating Master Data Management tools.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management concepts, including master data structure, format, governance, and security.
- Experience in implementing business workflows for master data creation and maintenance.
- Expertise in SQL, data profiling, data quality, and data integration technologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise data management concepts such as data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage with security best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English
