We are looking to expand our team and we are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our growing team in Lisbon. Portugal.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage reception area and welcome visitors
- Make sure all office items and structure looks clean and welcoming
- Manage outgoing and incoming post
- Manage food deliveries
- Ensure all relevant office procedures and policies are followed
- Manage reception/ordering of office supplies (weekly supermarket orders, stationary, water, coffee etc)
- Coordinate the housekeeping cleaning schedule
- Point of contact for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment and errands
- Organize/assist on internal and external employee weekly events
- Organize/assist in big events organization and coordination
- Assist with travel, accommodation, transportation of employees/visitors arrangements
- Assist the HR department with preparation of onboardings of new employees (preparing welcome kit, preparing meeting room, ordering and preparing breakfast, and others related)
- Providing general assistance with anything related to visiting the labor office, social insurance etc if required by the HR department
- Providing general assistance to any employee

Job requirements and competencies:

- Proven experience in similar position would be considered as advantage
- Excellent knowledge of office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English languages
- The position is fully onsite
- Working hours: 08h00-13h00 & 14h00-17h00
