KYC QUALITY MONITORING CONTROLLER (JOB NUMBER: 2307GMOCM15800)

**About the job**
- The KYC Quality Monitoring Controller is responsible for ensuring that the KYC updates performed in the KYC tools (e.g. GCARS and Fenergo) are performed by the regional KYC Quality Monitoring Officers with super admin users of the tools, in respect of the Group Compliance KYC rules and in obedience to the operational guidelines. This is done by issuing operational procedures and controlling the updates performed by the regional KYC Quality Monitoring Officers

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Controlling the KYC updates tasks performed by KYC Quality Monitoring Officers in the KYC tools
- Provide operational support to the regional KYC Quality Monitoring Officers, (e.g. clarifying questions on the processes and procedures, support in training new-joiners)
- Issue, develop and maintain operational procedures to guide the regional KYC Quality Monitoring Officers in their tasks.
- Participate in ad hoc projects related to the mission of ensuring the quality of the data inserted in KYC tools requiring super admin accesses

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Law and/or Accounting
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Ability to share / pass on knowledge
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Ability to deliver / results drivben
- Communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to develop and adapt a process
