**Medical Delegate** to join our Medical Field Force team from Infant Nutrition business. You will be responsible for ethically and science based building the image of and the role of Nestlé Infant Nutrition products in the 1st 1000 days, with Health Care Professionals and institutions, within a specified territory, to compliantly drive recommendation/advocacy /prescriptions for these products.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDICAL DELEGATE**
- Establish Nestlé’s nutrition expertise by being a reliable source of infant nutrition products information, their benefits and superior quality;
- Display excellent products knowledge by updating key contacts on recent Nutrition developments through the dissemination of brand literatures and scientific materials;
- Assess the total area potential (current and future) of the territory in order to identify growth opportunities and develop and implement territory business plans;
- Review contact classification, master list and schedule to improve coverage efficiency and productivity;
- Achieve target call rate accordingly with the stablished Cycle Plan;
- Organize/conduct scientific activities, such as lectures, workshops, round table discussions, product presentations to communicate new nutrition findings and concepts to contacts;
- Forecast an adequate supply of communication and marketing materials/resource;
- Attend to product related queries and complaints;
- Conduct regular market research on competitor activities, field strength, and territory coverage;
- Ensure strict compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes, Nestle Instructions and local country code.

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- Degree or master’s degree in Nutrition or other related field
- At least 2 years of previous experience in detailing nutrition / pharmaceutical products (preferential)
- Ideally managed independently territory under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals
- Managing projects / tasks such as organizing activities with medical / paramedical health professionals on topics related to infant nutrition, products, R&D, WHO, etc.
- Experience in identifying and working with new institutions & HCPs and developing existing relationships
- Experience in a highly regulated health care environment and a complete understanding of the WHO Code would be relevant
- Experience in the Health Care environment or Health care sales environment
- Experience with the HCP's and the HCI's in the assigned territory will be valued
